Service Description
COST Included in your subscription fee. ACCESS Available to subscribers of any one of these plans; Life Advisory, Intersex, Non-binary. DESCRIPTION An in-depth session to ensure that you are WPATH-ready and compliant to be put forward for consideration of “top” surgery. This includes MtF augmentation, FtM bilateral mastectomy or revision surgery. Either a direct referral to Eden’s surgeons OR a letter to give to a surgeon of your choice. Please note that any surgery is always at the discretion of the surgeon. BOOKING GUIDANCE If your subscription covers these sessions you can book them freely, according to your needs, within your plan limits (one per quarter). It can be any date, but not more than one session per period. You will need to be logged in to your account on our website to make the booking. You can change or cancel the booking 24/7 via the same account.
Session Policy
Whilst you will have provided most (if not all) of the required information during your Intake Session, you will be prepared to answer any questions that the Dr feels relevant to ask in order to complete the letter or the referral. You understand that Eden is not responsible for deciding whether you are a surgical candidate and this decision lies solely with the surgeon after their examination and discussion with you. You will answer honestly and comprehensively to ensure that Eden Specialists are able to provide you with accurate and appropriate advice & treatment plans.
