Eden paid subscribers can use our third-party private blood testing service. A trained nurse comes to your home or workplace to take your sample and send it to the lab. Your results are delivered electronically to us within a few days. Read more here https://www.edennew.life/bloodtests Our subscribers can also submit blood test results obtained from their GP and our specialist will review them for no extra charge. Use the template letter attached in the FAQs to request blood tests from your GP or other service (which is at their discretion). If you use your own test provider: - it is your responsibility to get the tests to us - the results must be in a consolidated (clinic) report format - we cannot accept screenshots - the report must unambiguously confirm your name, date of birth and date of test

Our private blood testing service is only available to clients with a current paid subscription. Remember, you also have the option to get free blood tests via your GP, if they are supportive.

For all clients, we ask that you take nil by mouth apart from water for 4 hours before your blood test. This ensures the best chance of the most accurate result.

Your GP has no obligation to share your blood test results with us directly, so you may need to send them in. We want to process your test results as quickly as possible, so please help us by following these simple rules: - our specialists can't accept phone or computer screenshots, even from the NHS app. So please don't send them - If you can get your results in a consolidated report format (pdf) in the NHS app you can email the pdf to us at clientcare@edennew.life. For a more secure option you can upload it using the form here or WhatsApp it to us at 07479022482 - If you have been given a printout you can send us photos of the individual pages by email or WhatsApp but please follow these guidelines; lay the papers on a flat surface in good light take a photo of every side of the report (even sides with no results) don't cut any edges off take all photos in the same orientation (don't mix portrait/landscape) ensure the photos are in good quality and focus
