DESCRIPTION This will be a safe, private and supportive online session with a counsellor specialist who understands transgender, intersex and non-binary issues. Wherever possible, we prefer you to see the same specialist each time, so that you have the best experience. You can ask as many questions as you want. This is a non-to-semi-structured session led by you. You bring your own issues that you want to discuss. BOOKING GUIDANCE You book this session by following the invitation link. You will need to be logged in to your account on our website to make the booking. You can change or cancel the booking at any time via the same account.
Session Policy
You will lead this session and are free to discuss whatever issues you feel would be helpful. Please be mindful that, whilst we take confidentiality very seriously, if the counsellor believes that you are in immediate danger (for example, of suicide) they may choose to break your confidentiality and seek appropriate emergency help and support for you. You must answer honestly and comprehensively to ensure that our specialists are able to provide you with accurate and appropriate advice and treatment plans. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session start via Your Bookings page in your account on our website. We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee if you do not attend a booked session.
