DESCRIPTION This is a session to provide guidance and information on gender affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) medication such as testostorone or oestrogen. You will agree your hormone requirements with the specialist and they will send your prescription electronically the same day to our pharmacy partner. This will be a safe, private and supportive online session with a prescriber who understands transgender, intersex and non-binary health issues. Wherever possible, we prefer you to see the same specialist each time, so that you have the best experience. Regretfully we cannot assist with issues that are unrelated to the services we offer. BOOKING GUIDANCE Please don't book this session until we have asked you to do so. You will need to be logged in to your account on our website to make the booking. You can change or cancel the booking 24/7 via the same account.
Session Policy
You must answer honestly and comprehensively to ensure that our specialists are able to provide you with accurate and appropriate advice and treatment plans. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session start via Your Bookings page in your account on our website. We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee if you do not attend a booked session.
