Service Description
COST No charge if you are a free plan subscriber. ACCESS Open to all free plan subscribers *only*. To book, log into your account on our website (subscribe to the free plan first if needed) and select the menu option 'Book Free Session'. DESCRIPTION If you have questions about our service and would prefer to talk to a real person before subscribing then this session is for you. This is a 10 minute introductory web call with our Client Care Advisor, Deborah. You can ask as many questions as you want about how our service works. Please note that Deborah can only answer questions relating to the services we offer and cannot provide any medical advice. Calls are recorded for training and quality purposes, but, you can leave your camera off and use audio only if you prefer. BOOKING GUIDANCE You book this session by following the Book Now link. You will need to be logged in to your account on our website to make the booking. If you don't have an account, subscribe to the Free plan to get one (there is no cost or obligation). You can change or cancel the booking at any time via the same account.
