COST One off fee, charged when you order. ACCESS Only available to subscribers of the Established plans. To book, log into your account on our website and select the menu option 'Book PAYG Session' and choose it from the list. DESCRIPTION This will be a safe, private and supportive online session with a doctor who understands transgender, intersex and non-binary issues. Wherever possible, we prefer you to see the same specialist each time, so that you have the best experience. You bring your own issues that you want to discuss, related to your gender care. Regretfully the doctor cannot assist with issues that are unrelated to the services we offer. BOOKING GUIDANCE You will need to be logged in to your account on our website to make and pay for the booking. You can change or cancel the booking 24/7 via the same account.
Session Policy
You must answer honestly and comprehensively to ensure that our specialists are able to provide you with accurate and appropriate advice and treatment plans. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session start via Your Bookings page in your account on our website. We reserve the right to charge a no-show fee if you do not attend a booked session.
