DESCRIPTION NOTE: appropriate diagnosis by a specialist, in order to receive services such as hormones, is already included in our subscription fees. This report is NOT appropriate for: - changing your gender marker on your passport or informing your employer or university - evidence for a Gender Recognition Certificate application - just letting your GP know have subscribed to our service - evidence for a surgeon for gender-related surgery For all of the above we offer alternative PAYG options. The session time will be used by the specialist to ask any questions they have after reviewing your notes. The report itself will take several hours to write and will be delivered to you within 14 days of the session.
