2026 Price & Service Update

During 2026 more than 1300 UK adults subscribed to our innovative and efficient service. From 10th January 2026 some of our prices and services will change. These are the first increases since January 2025 and this page details those changes for you.

Where your subscription fee is changing we'll be contacting you personally to confirm your consent. We won't increase your charges without letting you know. To get our very lowest rates, switch to an annual plan by 31.12.25. This locks in the current price for another year.

New benefits for subscribers

Some PAYG letters will now be provided for free, such as those for travelling with medication. See details below. We'll also be adding more free group support sessions, as we know these are now often over subscribed.

New 2026 pharmacy partner to reduce prescription costs 💊

You've told us that increasing medication and delivery prices are of concern. As Eden New Life has grown we're pleased to let you know that we are able to access larger pharmacy partners, and so negotiate cheaper rates for our subscribers.

Starting in February 2026, we expect your prescription delivery charges to reduce from £9 to £5.60 or £6.95 for next day delivery. Many medication prices will also cost less, depending on the type, brand and size.
