At Eden New Life, we understand these challenges and have made the process of securing your gender HRT medication, from availability to delivery, much smoother and more convenient. We’ve partnered with Primed Pharmacy, a UK-registered online pharmacy, to streamline the dispensing process for our patients.

Why Eden Works with a Pharmacy Partner
Receiving prescription medications has two key parts.
Prescribing: a clinical decision that a treatment is right for you.
Dispensing: the pharmacy process of preparing and supplying medication.
These are separate responsibilities, even though they work closely together.
At Eden New Life, your treatment is always based on your individual clinical assessment. An independent gender care specialist reviews your needs during a GAHT Prescription Session, and prescribing occurs only when it's clinically appropriate. The cost for generating and submitting the prescription is included in the subscription plan, but you must purchase the medication separately.
Eden Now Works with Primed Pharmacy
With a dedicated pharmacy partner, instead of taking a prescription to a local pharmacy and potentially facing delays or gender HRT medication availability issues, the process moves into a single, integrated system.
At Eden, once a prescription is issued by one of our independent prescribers, they send it electronically to our pharmacy partner, Primed, for fulfilment.
Primed is a professional online UK pharmacy that supports private clinics by handling digital prescriptions, dispensing and home delivery. It operates under UK regulatory standards, including registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). It is also registered as a Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) licensed wholesaler.
What This Means For Eden’s Clients
Our partnership with Primed creates a more direct route from prescription to dispensing and delivery. For Eden clients, this means a more direct post-prescribing process as well as access to improved gender HRT medicine availability and better costs.
Step-by-Step Process of How We Work With Our Pharmacy Partner
Here’s how we work with Primed and get gender medication delivered to your home.
Step 1: Intake, Diagnosis and Clinical Assessment
After the intake and diagnosis sessions, you will have a GAHT Prescription Session with one of our independent UK doctors. In this session, they assess your needs and determine whether hormone treatment is appropriate.
It’s important to note that subscribing does not guarantee that you will be prescribed gender hormone medication. The doctor must ensure that it is safe and appropriate for you, having reviewed your blood test results and transition goals.
Step 2: Prescription is Issued
If treatment is suitable, the clinician will issue a private gender hormone prescription. The cost to create this private HRT prescription is included in our Hormone Advisory plans, but not the medication.
Step 3: Prescription Sent to Primed Pharmacy, Our Pharmacy Partner
Once your prescription is issued, it is sent digitally to Primed Pharmacy. This step removes the need for physical, paper prescriptions or visiting multiple pharmacies to check the availability of your gender HRT medication. It is fast, convenient and happens the same day.
Step 4: Payment
After Primed Pharmacy receives your prescription, they will send you a secure payment link, and you pay for the medication directly.
Step 5: Dispensing and Safety Checks
Primed Pharmacy prepares the medication, conducts safety checks and ensures the prescription is appropriate and correctly dispensed before sending it to the patient.
Step 6: Home Delivery
Once dispensed, Primed delivers the medication directly to your home through its UK-wide next-day delivery services.
Why Medication Prices Aren’t Listed Publicly
The prices of gender-affirming hormones prescribed by Eden New Life’s independent prescribers are not published in detail on the public site because UK regulations prohibit the advertising of prescription-only medicines to the general public.
