An Approximate Timeline with Eden
Each individual journey is different, and the timeline below is intended as a general guideline. The exact timeline of appointments and progression will depend on your individual health history and clinical needs.
1. Subscription & Intake Booking: Pay your first monthly subscription fee from our Hormone Advisory Plan, Hormone Advisory Plus plan or Hormone Advisory Established Plan. (Our Hormone Advisory Established plan includes everything in the Hormone Advisory Plan, with less frequent reviews and is invite-only.) Your online intake session will happen within 8 days. No sign-up fees over the initial one-month subscription payment.
2. Specialist Consultation Phase (Weeks 1–7): Meet with our independent specialists online over a series of structured sessions (typically 3 sessions) to map out your history and goals and complete your diagnosis.
3. Protocol Approval & Pharmacy Link: Once your prescription is deemed suitable for our fixed care protocol, your specialist securely sends it to our partner pharmacy. You pay for your medication online, and it arrives via next-day courier. No physical prescription or QR code to manage, and no trip to the pharmacy required.
4. The 12-Week Safety Cycle: Every 12 weeks, you will upload your new blood test results for review, and you will attend a mandatory virtual review session to safely monitor your health and renew your regular medication regimen.
5. Administrative Requests: If you need a letter to inform your GP of our care or a travel document to help you take your medication on holiday, you can access these one-off services seamlessly via our platform.
