I have never heard of anyone who is on gender affirming hormone therapy say that their sex life is worse. Quite the contrary. I have heard many toe curling stories of people experiencing their first sexual encounters and having mind blowing orgasms.

Could they have done this before? Quite possibly. The 'equipment' was all there. But could they psychologically let themselves go 'there'. No. They couldn't.
